Overview of the role

We are looking to appoint Trustees with expertise in financial management to join our experienced Board, which oversees our organisation’s governance, compliance, reach, and impact, and to contribute to our Finance Sub-Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to use your financial expertise to support YMCA Brighton, providing accommodation, support, and opportunities for people facing homelessness and complex needs. As a Finance Trustee, you will play a vital role in ensuring that YMCA Brighton remains financially resilient, well-governed, and able to deliver its mission of transforming lives and strengthening communities.

About us

YMCA Brighton is a registered charity. We provide supported accommodation to over 300 people across the city of Brighton alongside our EVOLVE Work and Learning Service.
