The Senior Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and effective running of the reception area within the supported housing service. This role provides day-to-day leadership to reception staff, oversees administrative and operational processes, ensures compliance with organisational policies, and promotes high-quality service delivery to residents, visitors, and staff. The Senior Receptionist acts as the first point of contact, promoting professionalism, safeguarding, and a welcoming, safe environment at all times.

Salary £28,350.40 per annum
Contract – Permanent
