Senior Manager – Supported Accommodation

This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of supported housing across YMCA Brighton. As our Senior Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of supported accommodation services, ensuring they are safe, high-performing, financially sustainable, and truly resident-centred.

You will inspire and support a team of Project Managers, driving the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed and psychologically informed services that help residents build independence, resilience, and positive futures. With responsibility for service performance, safeguarding, compliance, quality assurance, and budgets, you will play a key role in ensuring our services deliver exceptional outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of support and accommodation management.

Working closely with commissioners, regulators, partners, and internal teams, you will champion innovation, identify opportunities for growth, and help shape the strategic direction of our housing services. This is an exciting chance for an experienced leader to make a lasting impact, influencing service development and helping YMCA Brighton achieve its ambitions for both residents and the wider community.
