Overview of the role
YMCA Brighton is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Maintenance & Repairs Operative to deliver high‑quality day‑to‑day and planned maintenance across all YMCA Brighton properties. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will receive
Salary £29,311.27 per annum
Contract – Permanent
Monday to Friday – 9 am – 5 pm 40 hours per week, including a paid 1-hour lunch break
