Evolve Work and Learning Coach

Overview of the role

As a Work and Learning coach, you will provide 1:1 coaching support for up to 12 weeks to residents in Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in the city, to pursue, achieve, and sustain their work, learning and volunteering aspirations. Depending on each individual’s goals and circumstances, the timeframe can be tailored to meet the client’s needs.

You will receive

Salary £16,461.12 per annum

Contract – Fixed Term – 31st March 2027 (with the possibility of extension pending on funding)

Hours 24 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm, including a paid 1-hour lunch break
