About the Recruitment Process

  • Following submission of a CV and required information.
  • After the closing date – shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview with members of the recruitment panel.
  • Following the Interview – shortlisting will take place, all candidates should hear the outcome of their interview within 7-10 w working days.
  • The successful candidate will then be offered a Conditional Offer of Employment.

Due to the nature of our work, at this stage, we can only offer a Conditional Offer of Employment. Recruitment checks are required before an offer of employment/volunteer with a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), a minimum of 2 satisfactory references and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

As data Controllers, we are collecting your data for recruitment purposes.  The lawful basis is to fulfil a contract and comply with legalisation regarding employment.

Your CV and Supplementary Information will only be shared with the HR Team and Recruitment panel.

Your information is managed securely. We retain details of unsuccessful applicants for 6 months.  If appointed, your CV with information will be kept for the duration of employment.

You have the right to rectify, erase, restrict, object and be given a copy of your data.
