We always want to know when we could have done something better or if you are unhappy with something. We want to put things right.

It is really easy to raise a complaint. You can:

If you live in YMCA Brighton accommodation, or use one of our services you can speak directly to a staff member, if you feel comfortable to do so.  They can provide you with a Complaints form and will guide you through the process.

We treat all complaints seriously and will ensure any actions or learning are implemented at YMCA Brighton to make sure we are improving on what we do.
