September marks a year since the first EDI Conversation at YMCA Brighton. These innovative themed discussions on areas of diversity have proven to be a huge success for the organisation. Together with our collaborative bulletins, a new EDI survey, improved tools for inclusion, diversity and equality, they contributed to the organisation being nominated for the prestigious Youth Matters awards.
